Who Does our Adult Day Care Center Benefit?
If you are a caretaker for an elderly loved one with mild afflictions, such as mild dementia or mild physical ailments, this service is designed for you. Whether you need to run an errand, need to work or just need some time to yourself, we provide your loved one with the care and support they need while you are away.
What Activities does Del Sol Senior Sitters Offer?
Del Sol Senior Sitters offers a wide range of fun and stimulating activities for your loved one that are coordinated by our activities director.
Additionally, our adult day care center offers:
- A library
- A movie room
- A computer center
- A full-service beauty shop for both men and women
- Nails
- Hair cuts
- Settings and perms
- A chance to work in our garden during the spring and summer
- Laundry service
Lunch and snacks are also provided; a light breakfast may be included if needed.
What Medical Services are Included?
All of your loved one’s care during their adult day care stay is provided by our specially trained staff. Along with activities, Del Sol Senior Sitters also offers medical services, including:
- On-call doctors that will come in for both check-ups and emergencies
- Medication management
We also have our own lab technicians to take blood at our senior day care if your loved one requires such a service for any reason.
When is Del Sol Senior Sitters Available?
At the moment, Del Sol Senior Sitters is only available during the weekday, but we will soon be open 7 days a week.
Our hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All-day attendance is not required. You can choose from the minimum of 3 hours all the way up to the full 12 hours.
We do provide respite care and temporary overnight services for times when you need to be away from home for more than a day.
How Much does it Cost?
Del Sol Senior Sitters has hourly pricing that you can use at any time; there are no specific sign-up periods. You can sign up to pay hourly, weekly, monthly or yearly. You will receive discounts for larger hourly packages.
